Meet the Team Behind the Tools
KD Projects is led by Dale Richardson and Ryan Keegan — two experienced builders with a shared work ethic and a passion for doing things right the first time.
Dale brings a background in landscaping, construction, and project management across New Zealand and Australia. He’s managed commercial crews, built everything from fences to pergolas, and knows how to run a job site that stays on track and delivers a clean, professional finish.
Ryan is a qualified carpenter with additional training in electrical installations and over a decade of on-site experience. From formwork and framing to retaining walls and renovations, he’s a versatile operator who brings calm leadership and solid technical skills to every job.
Together, we bring a balance of precision, adaptability, and no-fuss problem solving. We’re hands-on from the first conversation to the final clean-up — working with you directly to make sure the result speaks for itself.
